Its for those who now feel ready to deepen their knowledge in the path of Yoga, both personally and definitely as a yoga teacher.
We highly recomend to do your best to attend all the Live courses to be connected in our collective flow and Prana – but if you unfortunately can not join one of the lectures, they will be available for you in our «teaching-group» on fb, where it will be accessable some weeks after the Live Online course has ended.
Through these 60 min lectures, we will go deeper in the meaning of “Yoga as a whole”, as the holistic practice through deepening our understanding of the “Four Paths of Yoga”, and how to implement them in our daily life.
